This city was once a thriving place. It was a central hub of entertainment in the Elessar Continent. Though a place adorned with bright lights, it was the nest of the most dangerous and terrible people; therefore, the entirety of the place was run by the scummiest beings of the region.
People in this world were not alone... The existence of otherworldly beasts came to light. Wars became inevitable events, eventually affecting the precious cities, villages and settlements around Elessar. The gods intervened, but even some of them were unable to stop these events from unfolding.
After long years of wars and nightmarish cruelty and destruction, it seemed everything fell quiet. The remaining people, scattered around the region, were left without a home, a place to stay, a warm hearth and good food. All of hope... gone... Dreams and aspirations taken from them...
This city of lights was snuffed and remained in ruins for decades...

One day, someone on the brink of death, a survivor arrived at the ruins. It is said that this stranger slowly rekindled this once ruined city into a great beacon for other survivors... people willing to fight and stand against the horrors that plagued the continent almost a century ago.
Kaminari City was rebuilt and became once again the City of Lights.
The place became a safe haven for the lost.
Kaminari Foundation was formed by beings from different places of the continent, different perspectives, different stories...
